Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure, which is available from the school office. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Anthony Creaser, via telephone on 01234 420 224 or via email to anthony.creaser1@riseleygreenschool.co.uk.
If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher, please contact Lyndsey Jeffries, Regional Director, on 07880 720041 or via email to lyndsey.jeffries@ofgl.co.uk. An appeals process is included in the above policy.
